MENU PEMAKANAN SIHAT

Salam, akak nk share sikit info mengenai pemakanan sihat!..bagi mereka yg mengambil FU/SF dan nk turun berat badan dengan cepat..insyaAllah menu ni bole membantu!!!

ni ..... sbg panduan ye!
Anda bole makan 6 kali sehari

1. mula hari anda dgn minum air 0 [ suhu bilik]
minum 500 ml air

2. untuk breakfast, bole ambil oat, cereal, whole wheat bread atau hi-fiber biscuit (2-4 keping) kadang akak campur instant brown rice kedlm milo…kenyang gak tau, lps tu bole

minum Figure Up dgn 150 ml air suhu bilik
minum 500 ml air

3. kalu lapar sebelum lunch, bole makan snacks spt biscuits atau nuts atau buah-buahan

minum 500 ml air


4. untuk lunch, makan lebih sayur & buah , kurangkan nasi & daging...bole makan mee hoon sup
minum 500 ml air ..
(bila dah lama berFU selera anda mungkin sudah kurang,,,dan anda mungkin rasa cepat kenyang bila makan)

sebagai snek sihat, anda bole makan kacang, roti atau biskut hi fiber...!!!

5. dinner , anda bole makan ayam atau ikan [ dipanggang atau di stim] sbb daging putih kurang kalori, makan nasi sikit...lebih kan sayur biasa [ akak makan lauk je masa dinner] x lerr strict naa…makanan melayu pun bole gak!!!

6. supper kalau betul2 lapar tau , bole ambil quaker oatmesti kurangkan gula, garam & minyak tapi lebih kan protein [kalu bole buat laaa….ehehhehe]
sekurang2 nya anda perlu minum Figure Up selama 3 bulan berturut untuk mengetahui keberkesanan nya..
